1. About Us
clubhousedrunks.com is a humorous golf-apparel brand. Despite the name, we do not sell, depict, or promote alcohol — our brand celebrates the fun and camaraderie of the game and the "19th hole" social culture, not drinking.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Pricing
All products are made to order via our print-on-demand partner, Printful, once you place an order. We try to display colors and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and the printing process. Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice; the price charged is the price shown at checkout. We reserve the right to limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud.

4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through our checkout. We use Shopify's checkout and third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment card information.

5. Shipping & Production
Items are printed to order; production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment, plus shipping time. These are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs (for international orders).

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
All sales are final. Because our products are made to order (print on demand), we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, change of mind, or other buyer preferences. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at team@clubhousedrunks.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll review it and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other suitable resolution. Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Please double-check your size and order details before completing your purchase. See our full Return & Exchange Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including designs, the clubhousedrunks.com mascot and logo, graphics, and text — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs or branding without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use this site to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, or interfere with the site's operation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
This site and its products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, clubhousedrunks.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.
